The terms that apply to our website, our estimates, and our work.
Last updated: August 2026
By using this website or requesting services from ZG Electrical Inc, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request service.
Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions visible at the time of the visit. A written, itemized quote is provided before any work begins. Concealed conditions discovered during work, such as damaged wiring, undersized service entrance conductors, or code violations from previous work, may change scope and price. We will tell you before proceeding with any change.
Promotional discounts, including the $299 off panel upgrades offer, apply to qualifying residential jobs scheduled during the promotional period and are applied to the final invoice. Offers cannot be combined unless stated in writing.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, the panel, and the meter. Delays caused by lack of access, utility scheduling, or permit office timelines are outside our control.
Where a permit is required, we pull it and coordinate inspection. Inspection scheduling is controlled by the local jurisdiction and the utility, and their timelines are not guaranteed by us.
Payment terms are stated on your quote and invoice. Work is invoiced on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing, when used, is provided by third-party lenders on their own terms.
Our workmanship is warranted as stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on panels, breakers, chargers, and other equipment are provided by those manufacturers. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, weather events, or pre-existing conditions outside our scope.
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Content on this site is for general information and is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation. Pricing ranges shown are typical and are not a quote.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
