Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at zgelectrical.com or contacting ZG Electrical Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") to request services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
Services Provided
ZG Electrical Inc is a licensed electrical contractor providing residential and light commercial electrical services in Greater Sacramento and the Bay Area, including:
- Electrical panel upgrades and replacements
- EV charger (Level 2) installation
- Sauna and hot tub electrical hookups
- Related electrical work as agreed upon in writing
All services are subject to a written estimate and agreement signed prior to work commencing. Prices quoted verbally or on this website are estimates only — final pricing depends on site conditions, permit requirements, and scope confirmed at your property.
Estimates and Pricing
Free estimates are provided at no obligation. Pricing ranges shown on this website (e.g., $2,500–$4,500 for panel upgrades in Sacramento) are typical ranges based on standard conditions and are not guaranteed quotes. Your actual cost may be higher or lower depending on:
- Panel brand, amperage, and location on your property
- Permit and inspection fees in your jurisdiction
- Utility company requirements (SMUD, PG&E)
- Existing wiring conditions discovered during work
- Travel to Bay Area locations (minimum job size applies)
The $299 promotional discount applies to panel upgrade jobs booked with a signed estimate during the promotional period. One discount per property.
Permits and Code Compliance
ZG Electrical Inc handles all required permits for work performed. All electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable California and local amendments. You agree to provide reasonable access to your property for inspections by the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Typically, a deposit is collected before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Unpaid balances may be subject to a mechanics lien on the property in accordance with California law.
Warranty
ZG Electrical Inc warrants labor on completed electrical work for one (1) year from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover:
- Damage caused by third parties, natural events, or modifications made after project completion
- Equipment or materials covered by manufacturer warranties
- Pre-existing conditions in your electrical system not part of the agreed scope
Manufacturer warranties on panels, chargers, and other equipment pass through to you and are handled directly with the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ZG Electrical Inc's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
